Raemi Neils is a San Francisco based attorney, who practices exclusively in the area of Immigration and Naturalization law, with a special emphasis on Marriage/Family-Based Green Cards, Waivers, Removal Proceedings, Consular Processing, Fiancé Visas, Work Visas, Employment-Based Green Cards, and U.S. Citizenship.  She approaches each case by balancing compassion with technical expertise. Her priority is to clarify the intricate process of immigration law for her clients, and to provide them with honest, detailed, and carefully considered options.

Practicing law as an independent attorney allows Raemi to develop a close working relationship with her clients and handle all aspects of each case personally.  Prior to becoming a sole proprietor, she managed a boutique immigration law firm based in San Francisco.  She believes in keeping her client's well-informed throughout their proceedings and has built her practice on the foundations of:

Raemi knew early on that immigration law would be her calling. Before and while attending law school, she worked for several nonprofit law centers, where she helped refugees, trafficking, and domestic violence victims gain legal status in the United States. Raemi earned a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude in Political Science and Women’s Studies from California State University, Long Beach and went on to receive her law degree as a President’s Scholar from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Prior to becoming a sole proprietor, she managed a boutique immigration law firm based in San Francisco. She is also a passionate advocate for immigrant rights and social justice and volunteers her time with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and the San Francisco Bar Association, in addition to providing pro bono immigration support to children.

Raemi Neils is a licensed attorney by the California Bar Association. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
