Sheila Quinlan graduated from Northern Illinois University College Of Law in 1994. She holds an undergraduate degree from Reed College and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Chicago. She has been practicing immigration law for 18 years and she is Certified as a Specialist by the State bar of California in Immigration and Nationality Law. Prior to that, Ms Quinlan had experience in the field of criminal defense law. She enjoys re-uniting and solidifying families through practicing immigration law and restoring civil rights to clients who have been deprived of their civil rights. She also enjoys complex nationality issues including restoration of U.S. citizenship. Furthermore, she has extensive knowledge of Canadian and British immigration and nationality law. Ms Quinlan is not an employee of the law office. However, she has been collaborating on a wide variety of cases with the Law Office of Christine Troy for fifteen years.
